Description

An opportunity for a chemical regulatory affairs specialist to join a mid-size global speciality chemical company. You will take responsibility for maintaining chemical regulatory compliance in the EMEA region on a diverse and complex product range – this will include
completing regulatory notification & reporting requirements (e.g. nanomaterials, EU PIC, WGK nominations, EU REACH, emerging schemes for GB REACH, EAEU REACH, etc.)

Key to this role is the ability to work with large databases and data sets, a wide range of different regulations and to be able to explain complex regulatory requirements and changes to non-technical and non-regulatory colleagues. You must be able to demonstrate good understanding of chemical regulations eg REACH, CLP, GHS, and have broad experience covering hazard classifications, hazard communication, exposure scenarios and chemical product compliance.
