Description

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer / SDS Author for a London based consumer products company. Your role will be to help the existing members of the regulatory team with SDS authoring, finding resolution to classification issues, label updates and general support to R&D and purchasing. You will be working with a small, friendly team based in an excellent central London working environment.

We would like to hear from candidates who have a chemistry degree along with a strong interest in chemical compliance and chemical hazard communication. Preference will be given to those with some SDS / safety data sheet experience – this could be as a user or author; knowledge of CLP would be useful, but training will be provided. Candidates with more experience will be able to get involved in a wider range of more complex regulatory tasks. In addition to chemistry knowledge and ideally SDS / CLP experience, you must have excellent attention to detail, a logical approach, be a quick learner, be comfortable communicating on complex subjects and be a team player.
