Description
An opportunity to join the regulatory affairs department at a Manchester based chemical formulation and manufacturing business. Ideally you will have previous hazard communication (SDS / labelling) and CLP experience – this could be in another regulatory role or as part of a chemist position.
Duties will be varied and full training will be given in specific tasks – typical duties will involve gathering data from internal departments for regulatory purposes, monitoring of certain regulations that impact the current formulations, advising product development on impact of reformulations and, regulatory advice to colleagues and internal stakeholders.
Suitable candidate must have a scientific degree and 1-2 years’ experience working with a chemical regulation (eg CLP, GHS, REACH). You are likely to have been in a regulatory role or have conducted regulatory activities as part of a development chemistry type role. Full training will be provided in specific tasks – a great opportunity.
