A rare opportunity for an aspiring regulatory affairs officer to join the regulatory team at a global chemical products business. Working under the supervision of an experienced regulatory manager, you will provide regulatory support to a wide range of chemical products, and benefit from ongoing, comprehensive training. An excellent opportunity to start and establish your career in chemical regulatory affairs.

You will be conducting a range of activities to support a broad product portfolio; this will include SDS authoring, SDS updates, labelling, raw material data management, supplier compliance checks, and other duties. You will be given full training in each activity and have the chance to build up and develop your skills and knowledge.

We are looking for someone who would like to start their career in chemical regulatory affairs; you are likely to have a science-based degree (chemistry etc), a strong interest in regulation, chemical control and chemical safety and ideally some experience with SDSs and labels, and some knowledge of CLP. Work experience is preferred – this should be related to regulatory affairs and have provided you with experience of working with SDSs. This is a desk-based role requiring excellent attention to detail, chemistry knowledge and the ability to learn quickly. The role can be remotely based anywhere in the UK – ideally SE/Midlands areas. You will be required to visit the office periodically – expenses will be paid.
