The Data Controller

All personally identifiable data will be deleted after a period of 12 months if there is no legitimate interest. If there is a legitimate interest, we will hold your data indefinitely unless you request for it to be deleted.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To enable you to submit your CV for general applications, to apply for specific jobs or to subscribes to our job alerts.

You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure and submitting a new CV. Your old CV will then be archived.

VRS Regulatory will not supply your data to third parties (including prospective employers) without your given consent. Employers may be located both inside and outside the European Economic Area.
